Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
At Jane Dear Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@janedear.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your items.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive your returned item for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items or items marked as final sale. No Exceptions.
